Blogs without photos are pretty much worthless

LOL at least I think so. So here's a photo of four unhappy boys that I made stop and pose in a sharks mouth. We're having fun at the beach. So far it's been lovely. We've had a little bit of rain but it hasn't lasted long. I haven't taken many photos...it's early yet. I'll torture them some more soon. So far it's been relaxing. Still trying to figure out how to decompress some. We've been staying up late and sleeping in. My favorite thing to do... HaHa! More later!

Congratulations Jennifer & Lewis McCarroll

Before I leave on Vacation I wanted to blog this wedding!! It was such a neat wedding with an ocean theme! It only seemed appropriate since that's where I'm headed!! Troy and I had the pleasure of photographing Jennifer and Lewis's beautiful wedding in May. It was held at the awesome Lakeway Resort and Spa. It was coordinated by Claire Kelly from Soiree Event Production. They did such a great job! Everything was just perfect!! Jennifer's hair and makeup was done by the beautiful Rochelle Rae. I had such a good time at this wedding. Especially the reception!! The music was totally MY music! It was a flash back to the 80's and I knew every single song!! Johnny Robinson from Complete Music rocked the house all night long!! Let me just say Jennifer has an eye and flair for details!! This wedding had so many special touches!! From real Beta fish hanging from the ceiling to her beautiful hand made invitations! Even the cake divider was a real beta fish in a bowl!! The guests enjoyed a huge candy buffet and a picture booth as well! It was a fun wedding for all! Congratulations Jen & Lewis!!

OUT OF THE OFFICE JUNE 27- JULY 7th

Just wanted to give everyone a heads up! We are going on a MUCH needed vacation! We are leaving June 27th and returning July 7th. I do have a few phone calls out to people who's orders are ready for pick up. Please remember I am open by APPOINTMENT ONLY!! Lourdes & Eli

Meet Beautiful Lourdes! You might remember her from a blog last summer! She came in again and boy she's grown!! She now has big girl teeth!! Still as beautiful as ever! I love her serious look. It's like a preview of her being a grown up! This time Grandma Susan brought Eli another one of their full sized poodles. Let me just say that full sized poodles are so well behaved! Eli was huge but sweet!! I know Lourdes didn't think he did what we wanted him to do but really he was awesome! Often times dogs in the studio can go a little crazy!! He was great! We have some really cute photos of them together!! Hope you guys have a great summer!! :) Thanks!!

The Callan Family

Meet the beautiful Callan family! We had such a fun session! Let me say that super cute Phoebe stole the show! She is so animated and just a doll!! I've always said that I love it when clients come in with ideas and props to their session. It always makes portraits special and personal. I can't say that I've ever had clients bring in silly glasses and mustaches though until now! LOL I loved it!! It was too funny!! The mustaches wouldn't stick on very well but that's okay!! I have photoshop I can add anything!! LOL So I ended up drawing some mustaches on... the horns though were my idea! ;) We ended up with many sweet images from the session! By the way Robin is a interior designer! Here's a link to her site! She does some amazing stuff! I totally want her to come pimp out my new place!!
