Susie & Michael

Meet Susie and Michael! I had the pleasure of photographing them a few weeks ago. Michael is sweet as can be and three years old. Just like my four year old he loves spider man!! I love the shot of him sticking out his tongue just like the "bad" spiderman! LOL He has some beautiful long eyelashes and melt your heart eyes! And then there is his mom Susie. She is beautiful! She has the most amazing long hair and I am going to call her "Hawt Mom" because she really is smoking hawt!! Here are some favorites from our session!

Beautiful Lourdes

This is the beautiful Lourdes! She was visiting her Grandma this summer and so we did some really beautiful fun portraits of her. She was full of life and had this beautiful golden tan!! She likes to swim!! Here are a few favorites from the session! Every so often we have people bring their pets in for portraits and it's always fun! Sometimes if it's a puppy the dog will go a little bit "nuts" in the studio. I don't know what it is about poodles but they are really great to photograph! This is the second full sized poodle I've had in the studio and really poodles are so easy to photograph!!

The Lee Family

This was another really fun family! We initially were going to do an outdoor session but the wind made that pretty much impossible... so we converted it into an indoor session. It was a tight squeeze but we managed to get every one in! We shot the whole family as well as just the brothers and sister as well as the kiddos! I love some of these kiddo shots! Maddie is also the ballerina/dance from a few posts down!! :D

The Hansen Family

Meet the Hansen Family! Aren't they a good looking family! Again, I love it when people coordinate! It makes all the difference in a portrait!! We did some family portraits as well as some portraits of the kiddos. It was a great session and I got to use my new favorite prop my fancy green chair!! I love this chair! As I was photographing them I kept trying to figure out why Jim the Dad looked so familiar to me! Turned out he was a grooms men in a wedding I had photographed last summer! It's a small world!

Twins!!

Meet Jennifer and Kaitlynn! Aren't they sweet! Twins have a special place in my heart because I myself am a twin. It always makes me have more respect for my mom because wow she had us and my older sister who was 2 years 9 months old when we were born! I don't know how she did it! I don't know how these girls momma does it either! Linda has great patience!! Twin are so much work but talk about being blessed! :) They're so lucky to have them! Jennifer and Kaitlynn did great we have some beautiful first portraits of them!!

The Beautiful Hayley

Meet the beautiful Hayley. She's a dance student at Betty Jack's School of Dance. We had a great session. She's so graceful! We photographed each of her costumes! I love how each costume has a very particular feel. I love the colors of her ballet costume! I did a custom college showcasing our favorites from her Hannah Montana Best of Both Worlds Dance! It turned out so cute!

Maddie & Ben

Here are some of my favorite portraits of Maddie and Ben. Maddie goes to dance at Betty Jacks here in San Marcos and her mom Erin teaches there! Erin is a great teacher too! I took tap dance lessons with her this fall! It was a lot of fun! I didn't get to see Betty Jacks recital this year I'm sure it was great though! Maddie and Ben are so photogenic!

The Dress Rehearsal

Did I mention that I love dance?? I went to The Pointe's dress rehearsal to photograph the Rainosek cousins. I also took photos of some of my other clients! Let me just say that The Pointe knows how to put on a recital! It was a great production. When I'm photographing people at an event it's hard to really experience the entire dance because I'm focused on the people I'm shooting so I went back on Saturday night and watched the program and really it was a top notch performance! They all did so good! The theme was Aladdin this year and it really was entertaining! Here are some portraits of the girl as well as Keith, Jenna and Maddie! I'm so impressed by how well they all did!!
